JOIN THE ENERGY TRANSITION – WE ARE SEEKING INTERNS FOR SUMMER 2027

• Advising leading energy companies on investment decisions, long-term growth strategies, organisational transformation, and strategic transactions.
• Supporting governments and regulators in designing market frameworks that reconcile sustainability goals with efficiency and commercial viability.
• Analysing European power markets to provide insight into future market developments.

Our expertise combines advanced power market modelling, management consulting and socio-economic analysis. If you are motivated to solve complex problems and want your work to contribute to the greater good, THEMA may be the right place for you.

As an intern at THEMA, you will:

• Participate in our internal training programme to develop both personal and professional skills
• Contribute to solving complex real-world problems alongside experienced colleagues and clients
• Work across several projects at once, for a varied and dynamic experience
• Gain valuable insight into the consulting profession and the energy sector

You will join a growing, collaborative team that values learning, development and enjoying the work we do.

We are seeking curious and ambitious students for a paid 6-week internship in Summer 2027, based in Oslo. We are looking for candidates who:

• Are among the top of their class, with a strong interest in the energy sector
• Have strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Are enthusiastic and proactive
• On track to complete their studies within 1–2 years
