What You’ll do
- Contribute to structured problem-solving in collaboration with senior colleagues by proactively identifying issues and opportunities
- Show a basic understanding of strategic operation processes, tools and concepts.
- Delegate minor tasks to clients and manage quality expectations.
- Show ability to work effectively with external stakeholders and develop strong relationships with key clients.
- Take ownership for advocating and promoting Prokura values and culture both on and outside projects.
- Show strong personal drive and take process ownership of your work by scoping own time and meeting deadlines.
- Take ownership of personal development, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to strengthen your personal skills.
- Practice decision-making regarding your own work and show ability to learn from mistakes
- Build a solid consulting toolbox through core skills such as communication, Excel, PowerPoint, and Alteryx

- Are motivated individuals with a strong academic record in relevant subjects such as finance, supply chain, or economics.
- Have a genuine interest in management consulting
- Are ambitious, motivated, and bring a high level of energy combined with a collaborative working style
- Possess analytical and communication skills
- Are fluent in both English and Norwegian
