Private Equity Internship - 2026/2027

The Internship

We are looking for a full-time investment intern to join our team for a 3–12-month period in 2026–2027 (please specify your availability in the application). As an intern at Driv Kapital, you will get first-hand exposure to private equity and gain hands-on insight into the full investment cycle. From sourcing and live transactions, to value creation and company building. You’ll work closely with experienced investors and entrepreneurs in a supportive and ambitious environment, gain deep insight into the Nordic private equity landscape, and be exposed to real investment decisions.

What You’ll Do

As an Investment Intern, you’ll take part in all stages of the investment process, including: 

• Market research and sector analysis to identify investment opportunities
• Screening and evaluating potential companies, including financial modelling and valuation
• Assisting in the preparation of investment material and presentations for ongoing investment processes
• Supporting portfolio company work through analysis and strategic projects
• Participating in internal discussions and team sessions

Requirements

• Completed bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a master’s degree in the fields of business, economics, finance, industrial engineering, or similar
• 1+ internships within relevant fields such as management consulting, investment banking, private equity or similar roles
• Solid understanding of business fundamentals and financial concepts
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine interest in private equity
• Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English
