Hyre is the largest car-sharing company in the Nordics, operating in Norway, Denmark and Sweden. Founded in 2017, we develop technology that makes accessing a car simple, with a vision of modern cities where people no longer need to own one.

Our business spans three rental segments: cars for everyday use in cities, replacement vehicles when a customer’s own car is unavailable, and airport rentals. We are expanding our network of cars and parking locations to meet growing demand and make shared mobility more accessible.

Today, Hyre serves more than 550,000 users. In 2024, annual group revenue exceeded NOK 400 million, and the group delivered a positive financial result. Møller Mobility Group is our largest shareholder.

Our team brings together technology, business development and operational expertise across the Nordics. We work closely across these disciplines to develop our service, strengthen local partnerships and improve the customer experience—from finding a nearby car to completing a rental.
